Statements von Boost Induction Systems?
Adding a boost bottle kit to your Hobby engine is one of the most cost effective upgrades out there. It is designed to expand your intake area on your engine by storing atomized fuel molecules in its chamber and fürcing them into your engine while you are off and on the throttle. This bottle provides a "Boost" or supercharge effect. It will also make your engine run up to 3-4 times smoother and decrease the vibration on your frame handlebars, motor mounts and more! You will notice an awesome upgrade in power and torque. Common MPH gains are about 4-6 MPH. Some of my customers have reported gains of up to 8 MPH! Not only will these horsepower and speed ratings be increased, numerous issues such as heavy exhaust smoke, very hot engine temperatures, heavy engine loading, and hard starts will be greatly decreased. Although I strive on customer service and e-mail support, here are some of the most common questions regarding this boost bottle upgrade.
How BOOST BOTTLES work
As the engine (any engine) draws fuel and air in through the carb on the intake cycle, the sparkplug füres this mixture fürcing the piston down and sucks a small amount of air into the carburetor für the next intake cycle. As the piston and crank bottom?s out on the bottom of the cylinder, the piston begins to make its return upward. As this cycle is happening, the piston pushes air back through the carburetor naturally under pressure. This action creates a reverb effect and causes the air / fuel mix to become double rich as by now it is processed TWICE by your carbs fuel jets. Most commonly, this results in rough idle, hesitation, bogging, and the ever-so- frustrating: Sputtering at top end. The reason the sputtering and bogging is happening is because of the double rich mixture. Heavy exhaust smoke, heavy engine loading is often looked at as too much oil / fuel ratio, bad carburetor, etc. While this may be one of those problems, it often is not. Your engine is actually choking itself out with a bad fuel mix! The installation of our Boost Induction Systems? Boost bottles eliminates this nagging problem. (Hence the location of the inlet) Our Patent Pending Internal Metering System? Automatically adjusts itself to work with your engines compression and carburetor. Our bottles will eliminate the reverb caused by your pistons return to top dead center (TDC) and remove the double mix! Now, with the bottle installed, operators are now no longer fooled by the double rich mix. This now allows proper adjustability of the carburetor!

That?s because you have either a double lean mix or a double rich mix. (Rich für high end, low für low end)You cannot have one or the other without a proper intake booster (Boost bottle). The bottles will providea ?Boost? or ?Supercharge? effect. It will even out the double mix (either lean or rich) and allow your engine to idle 3-4 times smoother and decrease your engines vibration on your handle bars, motor mounts, and more! Once your boost bottle is mounted on your engine, please do not remove it. It will outlast the life of your engine and only operate better.
WHAT IS IN THE BOOST BOTTLE AND DO I NEED TO REFILL IT?
No, you do not need to refill the boost bottle as their sole purpose is to even out your fuel mix and apply the right amount of pressure to take your pre-atomized fuel and dump it into your cylinder when you are on and off the throttle. Once your boost bottle is mounted on your engine, please do not remove it. It will outlast the life of your engine and only operate better. It does not need to be refilled.
I AM CONFUSED, HOW AM I GOING TO INSTALL THIS ON MY ENGINE,
AND WHERE DOES IT HOOK UP?
This kit comes with a pre-tapped manifold that is "BOLT ON GUARANTEED" Installation time is about 20 mins. The manifold or (Carb block) is the metal or plastic piece that separates your carb from your cylinder. In this application, we have included a tapped manifold made from delrin. A super tuff nylon that has been proven to stay cooler longer than a metal or aluminum manifold.
